Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed that the installation of Ram Lalla’s idol in Ayodhya signifies the beginning of a new era. He urged the people to extend their focus beyond the construction of the Ram temple and work towards laying the groundwork for a robust, majestic, and divine India.

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. He was joined by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. As the rituals concluded on Monday morning, the curtains of the sanctum sanctorum were unveiled.
Approximately 8,000 invitees attended the event, including 1,500-1,600 “eminent” guests. During the consecration ceremony, army helicopters showered flower petals on the temple.
The newly sculpted 51-inch idol, crafted by Arun Yogiraj from Mysuru, was installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple on Thursday. A series of rituals leading up to the main ceremony were conducted between January 16-21.
